Our Story

For eleven years, I was the person behind the person — the right hand to a film director and the executives who keep entertainment moving, on set and on the road. I learned what great support really looks like, and how rare it is.

The Executive Asset is my answer to two problems I saw up close: principals who can't find assistants who truly understand this industry, and talented people who can't break into it because the door has always been gated. So I do both — I match producers, directors, executives, creatives with vetted, entertainment-native assistants, and I train the next generation to walk through a door I'm holding open.
