Maya Cryor is the founder of The Executive Asset, a training program for executive assistants in the entertainment industry. Drawing on 11 years of experience as an assistant, she developed the EA Elevate Method — a framework that helps EAs sharpen their craft, grow in their roles, and take ownership of their careers.
